As we strategically expand beyond reliance on a single primary customer in the Eyewear industry, we aim to strengthen our presence in the Travel & Luggage and Sportswear segments by partnering with smaller and midsize companies that share our values. This transition drives the need to enhance our existing Technical, Product Development, and Sourcing capabilities.

job summary

As an Account Manager at PACTICS, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of a selection of our customers. You serve as a liaison between our clients, suppliers, and inter departments to coordinate efficient and timely project management, with the main purpose of serving our clients while developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and increasing customer value.

what you will be doing

  • Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships.
  • Serve as an escalation point to clients in case of urgent issues or concerns.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams to ensure timely project management.
  • When needed, visit clients, and attend trade shows and other industry events to network and build relationships.
  • Work particularly closely with product development and supply chain departments to ensure client requests (such as samples and quotations) are processed on time.
  • Guide clients through every stage of the customer journey, from onboarding, and development to delivery and beyond.
  • Assess customer satisfaction through research and questionnaires and develop plans to improve overall customer satisfaction and experience.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills when interacting with management, staff, and clients.
  • Coordinative capabilities with strong project management skills to ensure management and timely completion of multiple tasks and projects.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management, sales, or similar field.
  • Experience in an international work environment/textile manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Khmer language is a plus.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve objectives.
  • Eagerness to acquire new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Commercially oriented.
