job summary
As an Industrial Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating production print files and working closely with the printing team to prepare product print files for samples and bulk production. You will collaborate with the Product Development & Engineering Team to understand product details and support print and digital ad designs for the Sales & Marketing Department and internal requirements.
what you will be doing
- Create production print files according to order requirements using approved patterns from the Product Development & Engineering Team for use with digital printers.
- Check print artwork after printing and sublimation to ensure that print files are created correctly according to client requirements.
- Work closely with the printing team to delegate print files for samples and production.
- Collaborate with supervisors on daily tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate with the Product Development & Engineering Team to understand product details, including pattern templates, dimensions, product parts, artwork requirements, and other elements related to print file creation.
- Coordinate with the Order Fulfillment (OF) Team to confirm client artwork requirements and provide feedback if additional details are needed to create the print file correctly the first time.
- Design digital and print ad artwork for the Marketing Team and other relevant departments.
- Learn and understand digital printing technology to ensure print files are optimized for the technology used.
- Support other design tasks assigned by the supervisor.
what we ask
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (understanding of and ability to perform required tasks).
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (understanding of and ability to perform required tasks).
- Fresh graduates or students in relevant fields are encouraged to apply; prior design experience is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe programs is also an advantage.
- Basic English proficiency is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and productive mindset.
- Flexible and adaptable personality.
- Experience with large-format printing is a plus.
