job summary
As the Marketing and Communications Manager at PACTICS, you oversee and develop PACTICS’ marketing and communications strategy and are responsible for the design and distribution of our corporate brand while increasing brand awareness and promoting interest in our manufacturing services.
what you will be doing
- Develop marketing plans and (advertising) campaigns that help increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
- Responsible for all marketing and external communications working closely together with content creators and designers to ensure the distribution of high-quality content.
- Oversee all social media channels and content calendars while ensuring an effective presence on social channels, focusing on highly relevant content.
- Responsible for overall website development and maintenance, including page updates, new page development, blogs, case studies, and other resources.
- Assist the Business Development team by generating high-quality leads and ensuring the right marketing- and communication materials are available.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to optimize marketing activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage direct marketing campaigns such as email marketing or direct mail and organize relevant PR initiatives.
- Oversee sustainability reporting and the annual publication of our impact report, reporting on the organization’s social and environmental impact and improvement plans.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of initiatives and programs that reduce our environmental- and improve our social impact.
- Stay on top of sustainability developments and trends in our industry to use in PACTICS’ content marketing strategy and coordinate approach with relevant departments.
what we ask
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and elevate a multi-disciplinary team and work to deadlines.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing/Communications.
- Experience in an international work environment/textile manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Khmer language is a plus.
- A creative manager with the ability to translate complex concepts into appealing campaigns.
- Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve objectives.
- Eagerness to acquire new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills when interacting with management, staff, and clients.
- Commercially oriented.
