Though new to Pactics, and joining us in 2023, Thada brings a passion for efficiency and a strong foundation in the manufacturing industry. His dedication to optimizing operations and implementing innovative inventory management systems is already beneficial to the company.
In my role as the Warehouse Manager at Pactics, I am responsible for keeping items organized. I count supplies regularly to ensure accuracy, check incoming deliveries, and prepare finished goods for shipping.
CAN YOU TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR JOB?
As the warehouse manager, I am responsible for keeping items organized. I count supplies regularly to ensure accuracy, check incoming deliveries, and prepare finished goods for shipping. I also oversee warehouse layout for efficiency and security. To meet production deadlines, I work closely with finance, production, and other departments to keep the flow of materials moving smoothly!
The most important thing I like in a warehouse is to manage the inventory and learn how to handle our stock accurately. I enjoy the fast-paced environment and problem-solving aspect of ensuring all materials are accounted for and ready for production. It’s satisfying to see the impact of my work on the overall success of the company.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE THE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
The most important thing I like working in a warehouse is to challenge the inventory, and how to handle our stock accurately.
While my time at the previous place working as a warehouse manager provided a durable foundation, Pactics has truly amplified my warehouse management skills.
How did you grow in your job at pactics?
While my time at the previous place working as a warehouse manager provided a durable foundation, Pactics has truly amplified my warehouse management skills. Here, I have played a key role in setting up their modern facility, mastered new forklift models, and actively contributed to improving safety procedures for the entire warehouse, including goods lifts and mobile racks.
This experience has significantly honed my organizational skills and communication abilities with both team members and suppliers. Pactics has allowed me to become a highly versatile warehouse manager, tackling a broader range of tasks and becoming an asset to the company.
DESCRIBE THE THINGS YOU HAVE LEARNED FROM YOUR WORK
I learn a lot from Pactics, such as how to set up a new warehouse, test a new forklift, implement mezzanine- and mobile racks. They’re all new to me.
I have also gained valuable experience in implementing safety protocols and procedures and honing my organizational and communication skills. My time at Pactics has allowed me to become more versatile in handling different tasks within the warehouse setting.

The working environment at the warehouse is stimulating and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on environmental standards and teamwork. WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO OUTSIDE OF WORK?
In my free time, I enjoy playing football and exploring the beautiful surroundings of Angkor Wat. Additionally, I have a passion for teaching and have been involved in educating students since my high school days.
