job summary
The nurse provides healthcare support during the evening shift, ensuring employee safety and well-being. She administers first aid, manages injuries, monitors health, and responds to emergencies. She supports wellness programs, maintains health records, conducts factory tours, conducts routine health assessments and collaborates with safety and HR to ensure compliance with health
what you will be doing
- Administer first aid and medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Monitor employee health and respond to medical emergencies in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine health assessments, screenings and wellness checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records for all employees.
- Advice or training to all employees about health to reduce medicine.
- Conduct regular factory tours to ensure health and safety standards are followed, in the production, people wear employee cards, shoes, uniform, PPE usage…. etc.
- Supporting and advising employees about NSSF Insurance.
- Manage the infirmary including stock control.
- Promote wellness programs and educate employees on health and safety best practices.
- All tasks are assigned by the leader and manager.
what we ask
- Graduate nursing of secondary
- At least 2 years working experiences with hospital, clinic, NGO related to health care programs.
- Listener, patient, assertive and love to serve people
- Eager to learn and improve skills.
- Tidy and well-organized work attitude
- Knowledge of Cambodian labor laws related to healthcare.
- Good at speaking and written in English.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
