job summary

Pactics Group has different companies. These companies are linked to each other by an IT system (ERP). The order fulfilment officer will work in the ERP system that connects all these different companies that are part of the Pactics Group.

Accuracy of data and diligent execution of the standardized process is highly important as the order fulfillment process forms the starting point for other departments like planning, production, shipping and invoicing.

It is an administrative job, with interaction between Siem Reap, Shanghai and Phnom Penh. The Order Fulfillment officer will learn about and work within the truly international logistical environment of Pactics.

what you will be doing

  • The order fulfilment officer will work in the ERP system that connects all the different companies that are part of the Pactics Group.
  • He/She is responsible for running the whole customer order process accross multiple companies within the Group.
  • Tasks will be order entry, verification of the customer order information with pre-determined rules for acceptance.
  • Notification to the manufacturing and/or account management when customer orders do not comply to the customer contracts.
  • A similar process will start when goods are shipped out and documentation will need to be prepared to accompany the fulfilled order up through the supply chain.
  • The order fulfillment officer will keep track of call-of orders from our third party warehouses in Europe, China and the US, monitor stock levels and trigger invoicing to the customer in cooperation with our division finance department.

  • Very diligent and accurate person.
  • A person who likes to keep things tidy and organized.
  • Feeling for numbers – can quickly pick out obvious mistakes in quantities or timings.
  • Able to use Khmer and English fluently at work.
  • Ability to work well with complex systems. Experience with ERP is a plus.
  • Is comfortable enough with computers to create and print documentation independently.
  • Is self-assured enough to address bad behavior (other staff not following safety instructions or inventory procedures).
  • Handicap no problem – physical work is other staff’s responsibility.
