job summary
As a Project Support Administrator at Pactics, you will be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating the team for instructions on any admin job policies in the department, and facilitating communication among various departments. Your ability to work in a dynamic environment, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, will be instrumental in meeting project deadlines and delivering successful outcomes.
what you will be doing
- Commit and give any feedback to make sure all projects from the manager relate to admin.
- Organize and maintain project documents for easy access and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain a library of any specs: samples, materials, tools, machinery, and any documentation.
- Facilitate collaboration by managing schedules, meetings, and communication regarding instructions about admin policies or any SOP that the department has updated or upgraded relating to administrative tasks.
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels for use in the department.
- Track and record stock or sample quantity movements accurately.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and a sample translation admin note.
- Suggest improvements to optimize inventory in the department in an efficient way.
- Inspection is all about folder-keeping documents or all library specifications.
- Inspection and maintenance of the station with team members to make sure we follow 5S.
- Work closely with other departments to align inventory needs and reduce timing.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication regarding inventory, any tools, or the status of the status of any machines under the department.
- Act as the central contact for project-related communications, ensuring effective information flow among teamwork and other departments.
- Assist in optimizing resource allocation, including personnel and materials, to meet project requirements efficiently.
- Proactively identify and address challenges, collaborating with the team to implement effective solutions.
- Generate insightful reports on project progress and performance, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Uphold quality standards by conducting regular checks on project deliverables and ensuring alignment with established guidelines from manager instruction.
- Need to raise a question if she/he doesn’t understand the points on the job duties or any instruction points that are given by supervisors or managers.
- Other tasks require following the leader’s instructions.
