job summary

QA Officer (is responsible for verifying, measuring, and inspecting products in the sewing section process to ensure that the back bag, bags, and cloths are followed instruction requirements to the standard, and reports the quality information to the Quality Manager. Make Analyzed issues on the production line, find the root cause, and take preventative action for reducing the defective rate. Work closely with the QA team and production supervisor team.

what you will be doing

  • QA Officer (is responsible for verifying, measuring, and inspecting products in the sewing section process to ensure that the back bag, bags, and cloths are followed instruction requirements to the standard, and reports the quality information to the Quality Manager.
  • Daily check Traffic Light System in a visual control for highlighting quality issues in the sewing line. Three different color cards are placed in each operator’s place. Green indicates that Quality meets the customer’s Standard. Yellow indicates that a minor fault has been found and caution is required. Red indicates that the Quality Standard does not meet the customer’s standard requirement.
  •  Random Check 7pcs 2 times per operator per day.
  • Controlling the quality of products in the sewing section to meet qualities requirement.
  • Have knowledge about quality standards.
  • Make Analyzed issues on the production line, find the root cause, and take preventative action for reducing the defective rate.
  • Checking all operators on the sewing line.
  • Well, understand random inspection on the sewing line section.
  • Work closely with the QA team and production supervisor team.
  • During inspection QA needs to write the report in QA Daily Report.
  • Other duties will be assigned by QA Manager.

what we ask

  • Possess a Diploma/Higher Diploma
  • Must be a team player and possess good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  •  Some work experience in quality control and quality assurance is an advantage. 
  •  Can read/write English, and Some experience with Microsoft Word, Excel.
