job summary
As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee inventory management and warehouse operations from day one. Your key responsibilities include:
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate storage and condition of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products, supporting production planning with timely material availability.
- Warehouse Operations: Optimize space, maintain safety standards, and manage receiving and shipping activities, including shipment preparation and transport coordination.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with the Quality Team on inspections and implement quality standards for stored products.
- Warehouse Setup: Improve the organization of a the new warehouse.
- Kitting Operations: Prepare raw materials and finished goods kits for production and shipping.
- Data Analysis: Generate inventory reports and conduct analyses to improve operations.
You will lead the warehouse team, implement efficient policies, and drive continuous improvement in warehouse performance.
what you will be doing
Responsibility from day one: Inventory Control & Warehouse Management
- Maintain and optimize Warehouse storage of Different products: Storage, in good state, accurate.
- Raw Materials (Fabrics)
- Raw Materials (Accessories)
- Raw Materials (Packaging)
- Semi-Finished goods in current warehouses
- Finished Goods
- Chemicals
- Scrap from Production
- Rejects from Production
- Obsolete materials
- Machines not used by production
- Materials released from and Materials returned to the warehouse; material accuracy and organized work.
- Release materials in time to production departments
- Support Production with their planning indicating when materials will be ready for pick-up from warehouses.
- Control and support production with WIP inventory control (e.g., request production to return materials that are not being used by date).
- Ensure the ERP system is always up to date.
- Ensure that all transactions are well-documented and accurate.
- Warehouse Space optimization.
- Warehouse health and safety.
- Receiving goods from suppliers.
- Shipping from warehouse.
- Prepare goods for shipment (e.g., prepare all needed cartons a week upfront.
- Check quantities loaded into containers and trucks.
- Make packing lists for international logistics
- Process stock movements in ERP.
- Liaise with transport companies for pickup and delivery.
- Maintain documentation in good order.
- Management of the warehouse team.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Plan daily work roles, assign warehouse tasks appropriately, and appraise for positive monthly results.
Responsibility from day one: Inbound / Outbound Quality inspections.
- Support the Quality Team with their inspections of incoming materials, and outgoing finished goods.
- Implement own Quality standards to check the quality of products inside the warehouse (if products are stored over a long time).
- Metal detection (in case Pactics would implement this).
Develop and achieve Responsibility: New Warehouse Set-up
- Support, and make proposals to, the design and building team with ideas to physically organize the new warehouse that will be built.
- Organize the physical move from the current to the new warehouse with minimal production and shipping impacts.
- Implement a Warehouse Management system (in case Pactics would implement this).
Develop and achieve Responsibility: Raw Materials Kitting (RM and Semi-finished for production)
- Make “production kits” are ready before the assembly starts (e.g., cut pieces together with accessories, or break up large 5000pcs cartons into smaller bags of 250pcs each).
- Manage the floor, process, product available in time, and the people in a new “production supermarket.”
Develop and achieve Responsibility: Finished goods Kitting before “shipping.”
- Make product kits (also known as Combo’s, Bundling, …): e.g., 2 blue + 3 green inside a small carton-box, then inside a shipping carton.
- Shipping packaging (production to deliver products – products can already be individually packed in a polybag, but still to be packed in a shipping-carton + carton-labeling).
Develop and achieve Responsibility: Warehouse Data analysis
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, cycle count, etc.).
- Make ABC analysis of products (fast, slow, never moving) to support the physical organization of the warehouse (where to put which product).
- Analyze products that usually have stock-count differences and propose improvements.
- Other analysis to optimize the warehouse operations and work with the different teams.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems (preferred).
- Proven track record as a Warehouse Manager.
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
- Strong ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage staff effectively.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
