EVA Air and China Airlines, flying through Taipei, as well as Japan Airlines through Tokyo, are excellent choices when traveling from the East. Another convenient option is to fly to Bangkok or Phnom Penh and catch a connecting flight to Siem Reap. While Siem Reap has a brand new airport, there are limited intercontinental flights available. However, it’s only a 45-minute flight from both Bangkok and Phnom Penh.
It is recommended to apply for a Cambodian e-visa before your arrival using the new Cambodia e-Arrival app. This app allows you to apply for your visa and submit both Health and Customs Declaration Forms ahead of your trip. You can download the app via the links below for the Google Play Store and the App Store.
If you’re coming from out of town and need a place to stay, there are several hotels and guesthouses nearby.

If you’re planning to spend a little time in town before or after your visit to PACTICS, a stop at Angkor Wat is a must. Below are a couple of helpful tips to make your visit smooth.
You can book your temple ticket with the Cambodia e-Arrival App or on-line at Angkor Enterprise website.
Important Notice: When booking your temple tickets online, please be cautious of fraudulent websites. The official Angkor Enterprise website for ticket purchases is angkorenterprise.gov.kh. A scam site with a similar name, angkorenterprise.org, has been reported. To ensure a safe booking, please use the link provided on our website or the Cambodia e-Arrival App
When visiting Angkor Wat, it’s important to dress appropriately. Please wear long pants that cover your knees and shirts that cover your shoulders. Skirts, short shorts, and tank tops are not allowed inside the temple grounds. If your clothing is too revealing, you may be turned away. It’s a good idea to dress modestly to ensure you have a smooth and respectful visit to this sacred site. For details, please follow the link below!
