In my role as a line supervisor at Pactics, I actively engage with various stakeholders, including Cutting Areas, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Shipment Team, to ensure smooth project execution. I make it a priority to maintain adequate material levels on the production line before initiating the manufacturing process.
Each morning, we conduct a brief team meeting to address any issues that arose during the previous day’s production. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss product-related concerns, propose solutions, provide feedback, and emphasize the importance of adhering to safety and health policies.
At the end of each workday, I meticulously analyze data about input and output materials, as well as the staff work attendance over time, and submit the report to my Manager.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE THE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
The part of my role that brings me the most satisfaction is the responsibility of supervising and leading my team members throughout the production process.
This involves guiding and supporting them in their tasks, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to meet their objectives. Additionally, I pay close attention to each step of the production line, making sure that everything proceeds smoothly and that any obstacles are addressed promptly.
I always remind myself that growth comes only through change. Becoming a line supervisor has been my goal from the start.
How did you grow in your job at pactics?
I always remind myself that growth comes only through change. Becoming a line supervisor has been my goal from the start.
Before joining Pactics, I was working in the automotive industry in Thailand, a significant distance from my hometown. However, an opportunity arose when my neighbor informed me about a manufacturing company in Siem Reap that was hiring operators.
In 2016, my journey with Pactics started. I began by working on simple pouches and gradually progressed to crafting various products, including shopping bags and backpacks. Three years later, I was given an opportunity to temporarily lead the team when my supervisor was busy, and I felt excited by the trust they placed in me.
Finally, in 2019, my hard work and dedication paid off as I earned my promotion to line supervisor.

What I have learned from my work is that I developed myself from an operator to a line supervisor, became a more responsible person, and grabbed many courses that the company provided.
WHAT MAKES YOU PROUD TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY?
What I am proud of the most is seeing a video of Piet, our founder, continuing to seek out customers during the pandemic. That was a touching moment that made me realize that Pactics truly cares for its employees and will stand by them even in challenging times.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT?
It’s a comfortable workplace with plenty of greenery, and there isn’t any trash along the way.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO OUTSIDE OF WORK?
During my spare time, I enjoy reading books related to leadership,
listening to music and preparing food for my parents.
