job summary
As a Multi-Heat Transfer Operator is responsible for following instructions to run the job based on manufacturing standards and is responsible for operating machinery related to heat transfer processes, and making sure all the produce are high-quality, run smoothly at capacity, and are properly maintained and keep the station. They need to be flexible for working time if any tasks require to be done.
what you will be doing
- Operate machinery related to heat transfer processes.
- Set up, operate, and maintain machinery according to manufacturing standards.
- Upload papers, fabric rolls, or any material for the heat press process and follow the product type requirements.
- Prepare and complete orders according to the schedule of the supervisor or leader.
- Prepare all items that are property-looking (well-organized) at the workstation.
- Keep all areas clean and in good condition to store all items.
- Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
- Need to follow organization standards (follow policies, company standards, or any standard that the company provides).
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and workstations clean.
- Support seniors to do a checklist of machines and other reports.
- Respect the rules or all policies that the company applies to the workstation.
- Help other departments when free from duties, especially the production team.
- Contributes to teamwork and effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Honestly, with a high commitment to support.
- Other tasks will be assigned by the supervisor.
what we ask
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and writing Khmer is required.
- Previous experience with heat transfer press machinery is preferred.
- Showing interest in working with machines (printer, multi-heat press transfer technique).
- Team-oriented with the willingness to work in high-temperature environments and tolerate occasional odors, and the ability to work under pressure.
- A person with a keen eye for color accuracy and is detail-oriented in machine operation.
- Openness to learning and flexibility in undertaking various tasks.
- Is open-minded and creative in their own job duties, not afraid to get his or her hands dirty, a team player, and a fun colleague.
