In 2024, we celebrated a milestone—20 years since PACTICS was founded. From a small operation in China to a purpose-driven factory in Siem Reap, our journey has been shaped by the people who’ve worked with us, believed in us, and helped us grow.

To mark the occasion, we hosted a series of events at our Siem Reap factory and around town, bringing together our team, their families, and partners from across the globe. Here’s a glimpse at how we celebrated—and a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been part of the PACTICS story.

From long-time team members to newer faces, here’s what 20 years of PACTICS looks like.

20ᵗʰ Anniversary - Open Factory Tour

On Day 1, we welcomed the families and friends of our staff for a special tour of the factory. After greeting them with refreshments, we showed them where their loved ones work and the green environment we’ve built together. It was a joy to have them with us—and a reminder of the community behind our day-to-day work.

20ᵗʰ Anniversary – Weekend Celebration

Day 2 was all about gathering, laughing, and sharing good food. We hosted an evening celebration with our team and overseas guests, with music, food, and heartfelt moments. It was simple, joyful, and one of those nights that remind you why people matter most.

20ᵗʰ Anniversary – Angkor Wat Visit

On Day 3, we shared something close to our hearts—Cambodia itself. We visited the ancient temples of Angkor with our guests, offering a glimpse of the country’s beauty and cultural depth. It was a meaningful way to close out the celebration, and a pleasure to host everyone who joined us.

These 20 years have been shaped by the people who’ve walked through our gates—whether for a job, a collaboration, or a shared belief in doing things differently. We’re grateful for every step of the journey, and we look forward to what’s next.
