job summary

As an Assistant Business Development Manager, you will work closely together with the Business Development Director and Marketing, Communication, Product Development, and Order Fulfilment teams to find new business opportunities and increase customer retention.

what you will be doing

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Maintain an organized database of client information using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement growth initiatives and ensure successful customer onboarding.
  • Partner with marketing and communication teams to enhance brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and retention plans.
  • Assist in creating marketing material, sales presentations, and other relevant content.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
