Early collaboration focused on optimizing the Pocket Blanket, where PACTICS worked with Matador to:
- Sublimate folding lines instead of stitching
- Add sewing guides to de-skill operations
- Use fabric cut-offs for pocket corners to reduce waste
Later, the partnership expanded to include Matador’s FlatPak line, which required new techniques and specialized equipment. To scale this successfully, PACTICS invested significant time, resources, and new equipment, enabling bulk production to meet current and future demand.
Our teams also coordinated closely to ensure accurate forecasting, reserving materials and finished goods to maintain reliable delivery performance.
