Job Summary

PACTICS Cambodia is looking for a motivated and detail-focused Inventory Data Entry to support the Product Development team. In this role, you will assist in managing and recording inventory data, organizing documentation, and supporting daily inventory-related operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in inventory control, data management, and administrative work in a professional manufacturing environment.

What you will be doing

  • Accurately enter and update data related to inventory, samples, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Assist in tracking stock movement and maintaining correct quantity records.
  • Support the Project Support Administrator in organizing and updating inventory documents and spreadsheets.
  • Help maintain the inventory library, including samples and specification documents.
  • Conduct regular data checks to ensure information is consistent and up to date.
  • Label and organize physical inventory materials and ensure proper placement in storage.
  • Assist with stocktaking and sample counting activities as required.
  • Follow proper procedures for document filing and inventory control practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to support 5S standards in the work area.
  • Report any discrepancies or data issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Perform other administrative or support tasks as assigned by the supervisor or department manager.

What we ask

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems and data entry processes is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data entry tools.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Data Accuracy: Ability to enter and manage detailed information with minimal errors.
  • Organization: Keep records well-organized and maintain structured inventory logs.
  • Time Management: Ability to complete tasks within assigned timeframes.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to assist in different tasks or changes in daily operations.
  • Team Support: Willingness to support the team and contribute to a positive working environment.
