CAN YOU TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR JOB?
As a Deputy Manager overseeing design, sublimation, screen printing, and laser cutting, my role involves a mix of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership. I manage a team that works on creating and executing custom designs for various products.
In the design phase, we focus on developing concepts that meet client requirements. For sublimation and screen printing, I ensure the production process runs smoothly, from preparing artwork to achieving high-quality prints on materials. With laser cutting, I manage precise cutting projects for intricate patterns and designs. Overall, my job is about ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and leading my team to deliver innovative and visually appealing results.
I really enjoy the creative aspect of my job. Each project is unique, and I get to collaborate with my team to bring ideas to life.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE THE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
I really enjoy the creative aspect of my job. Each project is unique, and I get to collaborate with my team to bring ideas to life, whether it’s through design, vibrant sublimation prints, screen printing, or laser cuts.
I also appreciate my workplace because of its focus on both the planet and people. We prioritize sustainability in our processes, which aligns with my values, and there’s a strong emphasis on teamwork and supporting each other. It’s inspiring to work in an environment that balances productivity with care for the environment and the well-being of everyone involved.
HOW DID YOU GROW IN YOUR JOB AT PACTICS?
My journey at PACTICS has been one of continuous growth and learning. I started in 2020 as a Printing Operator, where I developed my technical skills. Over the years, I took on more responsibilities, moving from Coordinator to Supervisor, then to Assistant Manager in 2024. Now, as Deputy Manager, I oversee multiple departments, focusing on innovation, teamwork, and achieving company goals.
This growth has been possible thanks to hard work, dedication, and the supportive environment at PACTICS, which encourages employees to develop and take on new challenges.

Throughout my career at PACTICS, I’ve gained valuable skills and experiences. I’ve learned the technical aspects of printing, sublimation, and precision cutting, as well as leadership and teamwork.
I’ve developed strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and an understanding of how to manage workflows and meet deadlines effectively.
Most importantly, I’ve learned the importance of adaptability, continuous improvement, and focusing on both quality and sustainability in everything we do.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and learning new things. Whether it’s picking up new skills or exploring different interests, I always strive to grow and stay curious.
WHAT is something about yourself that we would never guess?
Something people might not guess about me is that I have a strong interest in rap music and I enjoy joking around. It’s something I’ve always liked, but I don’t always share it at work!
