job summary
As a Printing Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. Operate digital printing machines with accurate setup and alignment to order planning of manufacturing job and take a part for performance routine checks and basic repairs on printing equipment based on duties. Flexibility to collaborate with others and work independently when needed.
what you will be doing
- Daily checklist on printing jobs such as machine, work instruction on daily job.
- Utilize basic computer interface controls for machinery operation.
- Follow the planning job supervise from Design and Printing Support.
- They operate printing machines and equipment, ensuring that the output aligns with the client’s requirements.
- Run printing job under checklist, inspection during operation job.
- Follow detailed instructions or protocols from start to finish to ensure processing is controlled and. under structured.
- Need to do a basic maintenance printer for weekly with supervisor by follow perform scheduled machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Follow up and check materials for printing job by request items from warehouse.
- Complete record in to form on material usage: testing form, rejected form, request form, return form, waste form, maintenance basic printer’s form and system record of manufacturing standard.
- Data entry in the system of manufacturing and all data from the record in the forms to excel sheet.
- Report daily usages of ink, paper and print time and other consumption materials of printing job usage.
- Report WIP of materials data to supervisor after month end.
- Need to understand multi heat transfer (dye sublimation work and heat press work).
- Good delivery communication with team members and they need to clarify in case she/he doesn’t understand tasks with manager.
- Provide feedback to graphics team by supporting with creating printing job.
- Keep station work clean and clear in a well-organized way.
- Another task will assise by supervisor.
what we ask
- A high school diploma level up is required.
- Experience in operating various digital printing machines and equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of and familiarity with printing software tools and technologies includes understanding file formats, color management, and print quality control.
- Proficiency in reading and writing Khmer is required.
- Understand basic English.
- Interest in computer work (Microsoft Word), digital printing machines, and program color matching.
- A keen eye for color, detail oriented.
- Open-minded and creative, not afraid to get his or her hands dirty, a team player, and a fun colleague.
- Openness to learning and flexibility in undertaking various tasks.
- Self-motivated, happy to work independently, and likes to learn new things.
- Able to communicate well with colleagues.
