As a Deputy HR Manager, my role involves leading a diverse team of professionals within the HR department. I oversee various sub-teams, such as HR Admin, Payroll, Training and Communication, and Compliance.

As a Deputy HR Manager, my role involves leading a diverse team of professionals within the HR department. I oversee various sub-teams, such as HR Admin, Payroll, Training and Communication, and Compliance.
In one of my roles, I ensure effective communication with stakeholders, both internal and external, such as Audit teams and government authorities.
I work along with my team to keep our company’s policies updated according to legal and industry developments. Furthermore, I oversee recruitment and work closely with the Management Team to find the best candidates for each role.
Another critical aspect of my job is to foster a positive work environment and employee satisfaction. This includes providing training and development opportunities to enhance employees’ skills and competencies, motivating them to achieve their potential and perform their duties effectively.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE THE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
Collaborating with people is what I find most fulfilling. Each person brings unique perspectives, allowing me to learn and grow from the diversity of experiences they offer.
I began my journey at Pactics as a Packing Cloths Operator, focusing primarily on meeting daily targets without much contemplation.
How did you grow in your job at pactics?
I began my journey at Pactics as a Packing Cloths Operator, focusing primarily on meeting daily targets without much contemplation. A year later, I applied for the role of Compliance Officer, where I dedicated seven years of my career.
I didn’t stop there; I embraced additional opportunities for personal growth, such as taking English and Computer classes.
In mid-2021 I was promoted as an HR Coordinator, where I faced the challenge of understanding Payroll. Fortunately, I had a supportive manager who guided me throughout the process. Today, I proudly serve as Deputy HR Manager and continue to further expand my knowledge and expertise.
