In my role as Industrial Engineering Development professional at Pactics, my responsibilities entail conducting thorough analyses of current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and designing innovative solutions to streamline operations and layout arrangements in the sewing flow.
CAN YOU TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR JOB?
As an Industrial Engineering Development professional at Pactics, my focus lies on optimizing and enhancing manufacturing processes to improve overall efficiency and productivity. My responsibilities entail conducting thorough analyses of current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and designing innovative solutions to streamline operations and layout arrangements in the sewing flow. This involves organizing sewing workstations, machines, and processes within the production area.
I regularly perform time studies and motion analyses to gain a better understanding of how tasks are performed, which enables me to propose changes that reduce cycle times and minimize waste. Additionally, I am tasked with evaluating and implementing automation technologies and advanced manufacturing techniques to further streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Collaboration with other departments, such as production, quality assurance, product development, and planning, is essential. This collaboration ensures that the improvements align with broader business goals and objectives. By working closely together, we can ensure that our efforts are coordinated and contribute positively to the overall success of the company.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE THE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
What I enjoy the most about my role as an Industrial Engineering Development professional is the opportunity to work closely with the layout and workflow of manufacturing processes. Being able to analyze current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and design innovative solutions to enhance efficiency is incredibly rewarding. I find it fulfilling to see the impact of my work on optimizing operations, reducing waste, and ultimately contributing to the success of the company.
Additionally, I appreciate the variety of my job, from conducting time studies and motion analyses to evaluating automation technologies and collaborating with different departments. Overall, I find great satisfaction in using my skills to make tangible improvements in the manufacturing environment.

Transitioning to IE Development, I now focus on designing and implementing innovative solutions to streamline operations. My growth is fueled by a willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.

From my work, I’ve learned a great deal. Starting from scratch in IE Production, I understood manufacturing processes, time studies, and workflow analysis. As I transitioned into IE Development, I deepened my knowledge in areas like process optimization, technology integration, and strategic planning. Additionally, collaborating with different departments taught me the importance of teamwork and alignment with broader business goals.
Overall, my work has been continuous learning, like how to manage my tasks, leadership skills, work as a team, and so on. I have grown and developed professionally through these experiences.

My working environment at Pactics is unique and refreshing. The many plants, trees, and a tranquil pond create a calm and inspiring atmosphere. This natural setting helps reduce stress and boost creativity.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO OUTSIDE OF WORK?
Outside of work, I find joy and relaxation in various activities. Hanging out with friends, whether it’s for coffee, movies, or just spending time together, is always a highlight. Meeting new people adds excitement to my life and broadens my perspective.
Exploring new places, whether it is a different city or hidden spots in my neighborhood, brings a sense of adventure and discovery. Visiting temples and cultural sites connects me with history, spirituality, and local traditions, which I find meaningful.
Reading and painting are my go-to activities for relaxation and fulfillment. Getting lost in a good book expands my knowledge and imagination, while painting allows me to express myself creatively.
